Job Description:

The CASINO QUEEN is looking for one outstanding, service-driven, energetic, experienced individual to join our Food & Beverage team. This is not your ordinary F&B role, so we are not looking for ordinary talent. SUMMARY: Responsible for the supervision of all food and beverage employees for an assigned shift with the goal of delighting every customer. Responsible for performing all duties according to Casino Queen policies, procedures and Internal Controls. Responsible for providing a safe environment for patrons and employees.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, a Casino Queen Food and Beverage Manager must be able to perform each essential function, as well as, the other requirements of this job satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required to perform this job. 1. Effectively manages, supervises, trains, directs, coordinates and disciplines (if necessary) food and beverage employees on assigned shift.
2. Knows the jobs duties of each food and beverage employee on an assigned shift.
3. Respond to guest complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
4. Excellent interpersonal and small group communications skills.
5. Prepare the Food and Beverage budget and monitor department performance to same.
6. Monitor quality of service, food and beverage.
7. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job including days, night's overnights, weekends and holidays.
8. Satisfactorily complete assignable work by management.
9. Ensure all food and beverage department documents are completed accurately.
10. Ensure compliance with all state and local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations.
11. Ability to prioritize, multitask and perform overlapping job duties.
12. Know basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
13. Prepare employee work schedules.
14. Must ensure that all F.O.H. and B.O.H. areas meet all guidelines.
15. Be self motivated and work without direction.
16. Other duties as assigned.

 

Experience and Skills:

Demonstrated, highly-developed customer service execution abilities. In additon, must have ability in the following:
